1. All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
2. No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns
3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you received damage goods, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
4. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
5. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
6. No refunds or exchanges on special orders, custom orders or consigned merchandise.
7. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
8. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
9. Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
10. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How to return the item:
1. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to return your product.
2. We will email you return Shipping Label. Print the return shipping label. Pack the item to be returned and include your shipping documents.
